Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Countfie is provided by Natalia Tomala, Warsaw, Poland (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@dashfie.com. By downloading or using Countfie you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”).

2. What Countfie does

Countfie lets you create countdowns to dates that matter to you and shows them in the app and in widgets on your Home Screen and Lock Screen. Countfie requires an iPhone with iOS 26 or later. Day counts are calculated on your device from the date, time and calendar settings of your iPhone. Holiday dates are provided for convenience; please check dates that matter to you.

3. Free version and Countfie Premium

• The free version includes up to 3 countdowns and the standard widget styles.
• Countfie Premium unlocks unlimited countdowns, all widget themes, photo backgrounds, the count-up mode and new seasonal themes as we release them.
• You can get Premium as an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time purchase (“Pay once”), all sold by Apple through the App Store. The price shown in the App Store for your country applies and includes taxes.
• New subscribers to the yearly plan get a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly subscription starts and is charged to your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions).
• The one-time purchase is not a subscription and does not renew. It is tied to the Apple ID you bought it with, and you can restore it on your other devices by tapping Restore Purchases in the app.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).

4. Your content

Everything you create in Countfie stays on your device and belongs to you. We do not back it up. If you delete the app or lose your device, your countdowns are gone unless you restore your device from an iCloud or computer backup.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not use Countfie in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights, for example by sharing countdown cards with content you are not allowed to use.

6. Changes and availability

We keep improving Countfie and may add, change or remove features. We will not remove features you paid for without a fair replacement, except where required by law, by Apple or for security reasons.

7. Liability

Countfie is provided with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error free. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law, including your statutory rights for digital content in the EU.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence. If you have a problem, please write to support@dashfie.com first; we will try to solve it quickly.
