How do I add a Countfie widget?

Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen until the apps jiggle, tap Edit, then Add Widget. Search for “Countfie”, pick a size and tap Add Widget. To choose which countdown it shows, touch and hold the widget and tap Edit Widget.

How do I add a Lock Screen widget?

Touch and hold your Lock Screen, tap Customize, choose the Lock Screen, then tap the area below the clock and pick Countfie.

My widget shows the wrong number of days

Widgets update shortly after midnight. If a widget looks out of date, open Countfie once, which refreshes all widgets. Also check the date and time zone in iOS Settings › General › Date & Time.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Countfie, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID you used to buy Premium.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Countfie and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.

Is my data backed up?

Countdowns are stored on your iPhone only, with no account. They are included in your iCloud or computer backup of the device.
